Meet the Facilitators!
Hey there! I’m Samantha Bickham, LMHC—your guide, fellow explorer, and occasional messy artist in this space of creative self-expression!
I believe creativity is a powerful tool for healing, self-discovery, and connection. Whether through art, writing, movement, or just playing with ideas.
As a therapist, I love blending playful exploration with deep, meaningful work. When I’m not in session, you’ll find me lost in a good fantasy book, experimenting with a new craft, or playing with my two kiddos.
Hi, I’m Jenelle Coolidge, LMHC—therapist, poet, comic book enthusiast, and firm believer in the magic of creativity.
For me, writing—especially poetry—has always been a way to make sense of the world, and I love helping others find their own creative outlets. Whether through words, art, or storytelling, self-expression is such a powerful tool for healing and growth. When I’m not diving into a good comic or geeking out over Marvel, you’ll find me spending time with my kids, soaking up their endless imagination.
